I spent the first part of my career in trade magazines and National Newspapers. Since having children and getting too old to party; I now spend my time solving people development challenges for media companies across the world.

I firmly believe the most important ‘stock’ any company has is it’s people, and I thrive when I am supporting great fast moving companies to do this. I also believe that people don’t change and the best people development comes from helping people to become better versions of themselves.

My Big fat Hairy audacious goal is to have every leader in the media world to have gone through my emerging leadership programme. This is the ‘joined up thinking’ of many years as a media professional, coach and trainer.

My blog is about the work I do and the people and events that inspire me. Here I hope to put some perspective on coaching and training.
